How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you would like to purchase, and click on the Add to basket button. When you have all the products you would like to purchase in your basket, follow the checkout process. You don't need an account to place an order and you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account with us makes your future orders easier!
Which delivery methods do you offer?
We use the 2nd Class Royal Mail service to deliver your products to the UK, which costs £2.95. You will receive your parcel approximately 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. We offer FREE delivery on UK orders over £15, and we might run from time to time a FREE UK delivery promotion across the site.
We use the Europe Standard Royal Mail service to deliver your products to European countries. This service starts from £4.50, and the exact delivery rate will be calculated at checkout as it varies according to the weight of your parcel. Your will receive your parcel approximately 3-7 working days after the order has been placed.

How can I return my order?
If you would like to return your product(s) for any reasons, you may do so within 21 days from the day on which you acquire the product(s). Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The product(s) you return must be in saleable condition, in its original and undamaged packaging. We'll process your return within 5 working days and refund you the product(s) within 14 days from the day we have received the product(s) back from you. You will find all instructions on how to return your product(s) in the copy of your order confirmation inside your parcel.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to amend your order, please email us at email@example.com stating your order reference and we will try our best to change or cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we won't be able to make any amendments.
